Kenmore Pop, No Heat

Model Number: 72167601790 Brand: Kenmore Age: 5 - 10 years

Over the oven microwave. Was cooking on the oven and steam was going up the front of the microwave. Tried to run the microwave and heard a loud pop that came from the front right side behind the control panel. Now...microwave runs, is louder (fan running sound is louder) than before but does not heat food. I am about to open it up...any ideas? Thank you.
