[FONT="Verdana","sans-serif"]Kenmore microwave worked fine for more than 10 yearsuntil last month. Now, when you open the door, the platterturns. When you close the door, and it stops. It still works normally with the door shut - Yesterday, it stop cook food. I've checked the door opens and closes normally, and the latches look OK and function normaly .

Please let us know any ideas on this problem. Such as, what parts might beat fault, and how to fix it.[/FONT]
