Both light bulbs on the microwave stove light blew out last night. I put new ones in but they are ALWAYS lit now, no matter what function the light is on, they are at full power. They do not shut off...any solutions known by anyone besides replacing control board?

Hello,

Unfortunately the only solution is to replace the control board because it operates with all functions.

- The control board Part number: WB27X11068
Part number: WB27X11068

Here are the breakdown diagrams and Microwave parts for GE PVM1870SM1SS - AppliancePartsPros.com

In my situation, the connector going to the two bulbs always has 104 - 107 V regardless of the switch position. Is this also going to be this smart board.
I do not have the make and model at this time but I think that information will not alter the answer.
