Turntable Repair
Model Number: 72179202010 Brand: Kenmore Age: 1 - 5 years
My Kenmore Elite microwave turntable stopped turning. We replaced the motor and the rotor ring (which had a hairline crack). It still won’t turn with the plate on…it does turn without the plate. Is it the replacement motor?? Is there another part that could be causing this? It turns just slightly then stops when the plate is on.
