Everything functions on the microwave works, except it's not heating. My friend used it and a casserole boiled over. When she finished cleaning it, it then would not heat???

I had started another thread because I didn't know if this one went through. I don't have a schematic to read so I am blind as to what to check and where. I know there is a diode to check, interlock switches, limits, etc.

The timer will set, the light comes on, the turn-table operates, and the fan operates... but it doesn't heat. I don't know what else I can detail???

Thank you. That's enough information. The problem can be a bad control board or a bad magnetron. You have to have a simple multimeter to do some tests. Let us know when you will be ready. The tech sheet is attached to the post.
