Greetings purchased new house and when we turned power on the microwave has an error message (please set clock) none of the buttons work and reset dosn't help. Can anyone help me thanks.

Hi Phil,

Most likely the problem is a bad keypad. The model number you posted does not come up. Verify and repost it please.
