Intermittent problem
Model Number: jvm1540dn1bb Brand: GE Age: 1 - 5 years
The microwave runs with no heat. Diagnostic guide said to test line to noise suppressor. It was over 8 amps which said to check the magnetron and high voltage. The mag test okay with no apparent tube problems. The HV transformer test okay. The diode did not have continuity either way, which may be the obvious problem, but the diagnostic guide said this could be an intermittent problem and to call GE. I have no tech support with GE so your my guide. Are you familiar with this problem?
