Check the wires and connections from the control board to the turntable motor and light bulb. If there is nothing then the problem more likely is a bad control board. Frigidaire does not provide any parts list or diagrams for this model.

Thanks Gene,

It seems like no matter what manufacturer microwave I buy, they only last a couple of years. Do you have any recommendations?

Such microwaves are very inexpensive today. GE or Whirlpool is a good choice.
