Hi.
Disconnect the connector from the PRIMARY winding of the hi-voltage transformer. Using the multimeter check if there is 120VAC across this contacts when the m/w is started. If the correct voltage is present and you replaced transformer, capacitor and magnetron - check the diod and all wiring according the diagram. Post the results. Simon.
