Keypad works and light comes on: turntable doesn't work and no hum or blower sound
Model Number: PLMBZ209GCA Brand: Frigidaire Age: 1 - 5 years
The light comes on and the keypad works fine. When you press start,it starts counting down and the light stays on but the turntable does not spin and nothing else happens. It is silent. No blower or humming. I tried auto settings like "popcorn" and had the same result. I flipped the breaker off to try to reset it and nothing changed. Does anyone have any ideas?
