Default GE Profile Touch Pad stopped working
Model Number: PVM2070DM4BB   Brand: GE   Age: 1 - 5 years

While cooking something I tried to use the Pause button as I have on several occasions. The pad did not respond. When the item finished cooking (which it was doing fine) the keypad would not respond at all to anything. The light, fan and boost buttons work without issue, but the keypad to run the microwave does not respond. I tried unplugging it several times and for as long as thirty minutes. No luck. I also held down the off button as directed in the manual, also no luck. Please advise.

Default GE Profile Microwave Keypad not responding
I have a GE profile model #JVM2070SK02 Everything work, lights, fan etc. the panel lights up. Just no response when pressing keys. Any ideas?
