Tappan 5030 Microwave

I have a never used Tappan Microwave. It is a small model, 500Watts. It is no longer made.
when plugged in, no lights come on panel and doesn't work if touch buttons. I checked inline fuse. it is ok. I have power thru to plug on back of circuit board for front panel.
Any ideas?
