When initially applying power the microwave's display comes on and you can use it for a few seconds (<1min). After that the display goes out and the microwave is useless.
I have tested all three thermostats and all 3 switches and they are operating correctly (even when the power appears to be off). What isn't working correctly is the relay's on the PCB, they are all open but based off the schematic, the first two seem to be key.
It seems that the PCB isn't working correctly and needs to be replaced but it's a $100 part. Has anyone seen these fail before or seen symptoms like this?

Also, after the microwave loses power you can unplug it and plug back in and it still will not work. Only after a long time will the unit turn on again when reapplying power-which is really weird to me.
