microwave everything works but turntable and ho heating
Model Number: SCA1000HCC 01 Brand: GE Age: 5 - 10 years
the turntable stopped turning so I assumed the turntable motor needed to be replaced. but then I noticed the micro wave doesn't make any noise when started. the timer seems to work and it beeps but no other sounds. does the turn table motor have any effect on the rest of the unit working? what else do I need to check?
