Yesterday I was cleaning the oven of my GE Combo and I loosened the lower element to get around it and I must of pulled on it because it arc'd and fried the element. The light in the oven was still working. I looked at the microwave which runs the oven and it said err. I looked down at the oven and the light went out in the oven, The bulb is still good. I checked the fuse box and nothing was tripped.

I believe I have fried something internally in the microwave. Fuse?

I've ordered a new element. Does that have to be replaced for the microwave panel to work? Any help is greatly appreciated.
