Troubleshoot Turntable
Model Number: JVM1631WB002 Brand: GE Age: 5 - 10 years
Hi - My over the range GE microwave has a small problem. The turntable will not rotate when food is on the turntable. It does rotate slowly with nothing on it or a very light amount of food. I looked for anything visibly wrong and don't see anything obvious. I'd really like to get it repaired for "even" cooking! Thanks very much for any guidance on what to try! ---Jim
