Maytag microwave - door can't stay shut
Model Number: MMV1153BAS Brand: Maytag Age: 5 - 10 years
Went to use my microwave Sunday - opened the door after item was heated up and as I pulled the door open, I heard something drop inside. Maytag repair claims it could be the lock. Now I can't keep the door shut and the light is permanently on. In order to heat things, you have to stand and hold the door shut. Help? - Maura
