my microwave won't heat food and the turntable wont spin. Every thing else such as such as the fan, lights,timer and control pad works. Please help!

Check your mag tube inside your microwave, however make sure you discharge your capacitor before you do any work inside of it because it holds up to 2000-4000 volts of electricity.

Take the table out and remove the rollers and clean around it and set back into place and see if thats works as far as the table go's.

Thanks... I'll try not sure on how to discharge a capacitor though

When you get to the capacitor you should see the resister connected to it and this will slowly discharge it for you however you should never trust a 10 cent piece for your life so grab two screw drivers with some plastic handles and touch the inside of each terminal with them and cross them over each other touching metal on metal and beware you might hear a pop but its ok it just discharged your capacitor and to be safe do this same method twice. you must discharge every time you plug in the microwave and unplug it again.

In my opinion microwaves are best left to the pros unless you have some electrical or electronics training experience.

You are messing with high voltage, in other words it can kill you.
Or at the very least give you a nasty voltage burn.

Also without a wiring diagram you will just be taking shots in the dark.
It is a GE so unless you have the diagram it will be difficult to get.
GE likes to keep all tech info a secret but you may get lucky on the net by searching the model number.

You have 2 problems that happened at the same time so it will be something common to both the table motor and the magnetron or it's control probably something in the power supply but cannot say for sure without a wiring diagram.
