The lights work fine, but the vents(microwave vents and exterior vents) don't. The microwave heats fine as well. That means it has to be the motor then right? Definitely not the circuit board or anything electrical?

Thanks in advance!

There is only one fan motor in this microwave and it works as a cooling fan and an exhaust fan at the same time.

Check the motor as described in the attached Tech sheet and post the results.
