Microwave plate rotates but doesn't warm up
Model Number: KHMS 155LSS-1 Brand: Kitchen Aid Age: 5 - 10 years
The microwave warms up the food only if I press onto the door to keep it tightly closed, otherwise it rotates the plate, but doesn't make it warm
