Although 5 years old, this has only had 18 months use maximum. In our bech condo which we go to twice a year.
The touch pad is causing problems. The bottom right hand corner touch button will not allow us to move beyond "more choices". All others are fine. We have to press the start on the side of the screen by the cancel pad.
Live help tried to find something but was unable to help.
I have telephoned customer service but they just want to sell me a $200 plus door and the engineer visit.
Please can someone help me.
