Receptacle is hot, plug is in, but nothing displayed on Microwave, no lights, no operation. If there is a fuse, I dont know where to look. Just finished using it and it worked fine, went back to use it again and nothing.

The in line 20 amps fuse is located behind the top grille. You have to remove the top grille and open the control panel. Check it for continuity before ordering the new fuse.

There are 3 more safety devices in this microwave which have to be checked for continuity if the in line fuse is good. They are: the bottom TCO - located on the bottom right side of the oven behind the control panel; the cavity TCO - located on the top side of the oven cavity beside the exhaust duct, the microwave outer case has to be removed after the microwave had been removed from the cabinet; the magnetron TCO - attached to the magnetron.

- The in line fuse Part number: AP3994062

Hey Gene, thanks for the info. Checked the fuse which was ok and decided to work backwards and went to the receptacle first. The receptacle must have a loose or misaligned spade, as after removing the plug it did not seem to be in properly. I aligned it and pressed it in and waaa-hoo. All is well.

I'm glad you were able to fix it. Good job!

Gene.
