microwave exhaust retrofit

Brand: Samsung Age: 5 - 10 years

Appliance Parts from AppliancePartPros.com

Part AP4236946 ASSY-HOOD shows no longer available, but AP4343712 and AP4230226 appear to be the two pieces that make up the AP4236946 assembly. Correct? If yes, will I be able to assemble the two separate parts and then have what I need to retrofit the microwave oven for outside exhaust?
