The company I work for owns more than 150 Sanyo microwave EM-U1000B. Recently we are having problems with some of them. One problem is when you close the door and the microwave start working, doesn't stop until you open the door again. Other problem is when you start the microwave but only the clock works, neither the rotate plate or light inside are working. Anybody knows how to fix this problems ?

Most likely the problem is a bad control board.

Most likely the problem is a bad door switch.

Unfortunately we are not able to provide more accurate advice nor a part number due to no access to Sanyo technical information.

Thank you very much Gene, you were right. I found this web site name partstore and there are two diferent descriptions for control board:

GAEMU1000C01 P.C board
GAEMU1000P02 control board

The first one is way expensive than the second one. Do you know which one should I buy.

Thanks.

No, I do not. You have to look for the correct part number by the model number of the microwave. It can not be two different part numbers - just one.

The microwave looks like is working fine but is not heating the food. What do you think is the problem ? I already try changing power level.

Thanks.

It can be a bad magnetron, a bad door switch or a bad control panel. Unfortunately I'm not able to provide more accurate advice and guessing is not the way I would like to go.
