Model Number: JVM1860WD001   Brand: GE   Age: 1 - 5 years   

The exaust fan runs at high speed only. Can you advise what part is needed. I assume the touch panel may be gone?.

Gene the fan stays on high when I hit the low speed button or any other button. Ours has a Fan boast button as well and hitting that doesn't make any difference either.

Yes it beeps every time I hit the control button. The display shows high, medium and low speeds. Whe I hit the Boast button that shows in display also. I can't thank you enough for your expertise help.

Most likely the problem is the control board (aka Printed Circuit Board).

- The part number for the control board is AP3192717

- Here are the break down diagrams for the GE microwave Model JVM1860WD001
