Just had the magnatron replaced , now the display panel does not show fully. making it difficult to read

It was probably just coincidental.

Sharp has had a ton of trouble with the LCD displays in several of their oven models over the last 10 years due (in my professional opinion) to weaknesses in the design and manufacturing of the control units.

Here in the US, we regularly repair such control units for customers nationwide by mail for $39.95 postpaid in about a week or so with a one-year guarantee.

Our proprietary repairs and modifications are designed to not only repair the trouble, but to prevent it from happening again.

While I've done repairs for Australians and customers in Britain, the rate is double due to the increased shipping charge.

Yes,although they are not an approved Sharp service agent. They have been in business for quite a number of years.They service all manner of products , TVs, sound systems and microwaves +. I dont know their experience with Sharp Thanks for your reply so far. Barry
