Have had microwave just over a year. I just used it for 15 seconds to quick heat something and it wont turn off. When I open the door it turns off. Smoke came out of the vent after in for a little. I unplugged, waited a while and plugged back in..same issue. Any suggestions on replacement parts and how to replace? Please
