No power at all (no light or clock) is it a fuse? How hard to change, micro is wall mounted over stove

It may be the fuse, usually located behind the grille, between the door switches, or on the noise filter board.
Or it may be a thermal cutout / TCO/ thermostat mounted on the magnetron or on the oven cavity. There should be a technical sheet hidden behind your grille or controller. The tech sheet will show you where parts are. At our Web site, we have a video available showing how to remove a typical over the range control panel assembly in under 5 minutes.
