I have this microwave , it has no digital screen, no lights, the fan will not work, completely inoperable, the fuse tests good, do not see any signs of circuit burn on main circuit board, i have not took control panel apart to see if its circuit board is burnt,
any suggestions, thank you very much

If the fuse and outlet are good, then it's probably a blown TCO (thermal cutout / thermostat) on the magnetron or on the oven cavity.

The TMV151 service manual is here, the part list is here, and you should be able to order the defective parts from the Pros here.

If the Pros do not have the parts, then contact Electrolux using the info on the front cover of the service manual.

Also there should be a technical sheet hidden behind the grille or controller. It's handy for finding and testing parts.

Accessing some components (especially the oven cavity thermostat) for testing and possible replacement will require you to remove the oven from the wall and take off the outer cover.

If so, the installation instructions are very handy, and it's best to have two people since the microwave can be heavy and awkward.
