The lower hook door strike or locking device has broken and I need to know if this is a replacable part and what is the part number. Also, is there a way to make it work with out getting a new part. Can I rig it up some how?

The model number supplied is incorrect, or a model number we have no parts or service information.

The hook on the door strike activates the corresponding door switch(s) and must be repalced, for the microwave to operate properly.
