Microwave turntable will not turn
Model Number: JKP86-27" Double wall oven Brand: GE Age: 1 - 5 years
Hello, when I hit the start button, the turntable does not turn. Any help would be appreciated.

Remove the glass tray and check center of the bottom part of the guide roller assembly (#18 on the diagram).
If it's not cracked then remove the microwave from the oven cabinet and check the turntable motor for continuity. If there is nothing wrong then the problem most likely is a bad control board. The model number you posted is incomplete. If you need the correct part number for a faulty part then post the complete model number of the microwave/oven combo. Gene.
