microwave turns on when door closes
Brand: -other- Age: 1 - 5 years
i have an emerson microwave, just as of today when you shut the dorr the microwave turns on. i do not have the timer set on it, just when you shut it comes on auto. what can be the problem?

Sounds like one of the door switches has failed.
