Default microwave/oven combo touchpad problem
Model Number: kemc378kss   Brand: Kitchen Aid   Age: 5 - 10 years

Waking up this morning, we find that the numbers 3 and 4 do not respond on our touchpad. The lower oven will also not start when the "start" button is pressed. Is there a code which we can key in which will set the board to somekind of default condition? Thanks

Most likely the problem with you microwave/oven combo is a bad key pad.

In order to help you with the right part number I need the color of the control panel and the end (one or two more digits) of the model number.

Happy Holidays!

Gene.
