Troubleshooting Over Range Microwave
Model Number: JWM1642WB004 Brand: GE Age: 5 - 10 years
Before I go buy a new one, I wanted to know if there was a way to troubleshoot to make sure I can't fix this thing. The handle has been broken for about a year, but I just "made do". Now, it seems like it's absolutely dead: no lights come on, no sound is made, nothing. How do I know I don't just need a fuse? How can I tell? Please help. Thanks
