Model Number: JVM132K003 Brand: GE Age: More than 10 years
I'm having the cabinets refinished and want to remove the microwave before they start. This one is vented to an outside duct. I see 2 screws on either side of the unit (at the bottom) which look like they will let the unit slide out of its "receiver bracket" Then there are three screws in the cabinet above that look like they support a lot of weight. Appreciate any advice, warnings!

two people would be a preferrable scenario... more than likely just those three screws on top should be holding it in and the microwave will be resting on a lip on the bottom of the bracket on back wall.. lift up and out while tilting top forward and pull cord through..
