Model Number: gt4185skt2 Brand: Whirlpool Age: 5 - 10 years
The primary winding on the H.V. Transformer is not showing any continuity when checked with voltmeter, Is this suppose to be like that and would that keep the microwave from heating?

if you checked continuity through the primary winding, did you also check each leg of the primary winding to ground ? did you check the fuse also for continuity ?
