Default Built-in Microwave not heating
Model Number: MBBS/01   Brand: Thermador   Age: 5 - 10 years

I had the microwave on for 6 minutes without anything inside. I meant to use the timer and turned it on instead. Now it will not heat. Everything is working except there is not heat. Is this a Magnetron issue? If so, how and where in the Sacramento area can it get repaired? Can I order the part myself and replace it myself? What is the cos?

I have a GE Spacesaver microwave that will not heat and turntable will not turn. The timer will run, clock works ,lights work but no heat. Would this be a magnetron? I would like to fix this my self if I new where to look. Do you know where I can get a schmetic showing internal parts. The model numberis JVM1340AW002 it is a built in over the stove model.
