Serial #AZ985860S, Manufactured January 2000. Glass turntable of this unit has stopped rotating. Replacing the motor beneath turntable would seem to be the obvious solution. Given the Model # and Serial #, would that motor have a "D" shaft or a square shaft? ... I'm assuming "D" shaft. Sorry but I can't look at the unit which is in a rental apartment in Laguna, CA and I'm in New York City. Would like to order the repair part and have it waiting for me; will be in CA later this month. Any problem in getting to the motor from the bottom of the unit? What are the chances of the problem NOT being the burned out motor? Appreciate any suggestions, comments.
