I went to replace the under the hood bulb. I did not unplug the microwave when I removed the bulb. The bulb broke fromt he base int he process and there was and electrical pop while I was trying to unscrew. I unplugged the unit and removed the base with pliers. When I turned the microwave back on it and try to use it is not activating. The interior light turns on, it seems bound up and the turntable trys to turn but won't and the actual microwave tries to go but just has a humming noise and struggles to do anything.
