Default Removing Microwave from Oven Combo
Model Number: RM778PXX   Brand: Whirlpool   Age: More than 10 years

The microwave stopped heating. Do I have to remove the whole unit from the wall to make repairs to the microwave? I removed the front trim but the microwave will only pull out a few inches. I'm not sure of the exact model number but it is one of the following: RM778PXXB0, RM778PXXB1, RM778PXXQ0, or RM778PXXQ1. What is the most likely cause of the microwave failure? Is a service manual available for purchase? Thanks.
