"POP"...now no microwave
Model Number: MH711OXBQ - 4 Brand: Whirlpool Age: More than 10 years
While microwaving, I heard a loud "pop" and looked up and the microwave was still working. After I retrieved my food, the touch screen went dead and the microwave doesn't work. My husband saw arcing after removing the touch screen panel and smelled an ozone type odor. Is this microwave repairable and if so, is it financially sound to do so? Thank you!
