Emerson: Pressing "Start" turns on the light, nothing else

Model Number: MW9113SS Brand: -brand- Age: 1 - 5 years

Emerson MW9113SS. When I press the start button, the light turns on and the timer starts counting but nothing else happens. No fan, no heat, no turntable. And it beeps when the time is up. Also while it is counting down, the microwave indicator (1st indicator from left) and cooking mode indicator blinks.

Any help will beappreciated.

My Whirlpool (Model # GT4175SPB-2) started doing the same thing this morning. Please post if you find a fix, and I will do the same. Would like to buy the part and fix it myself if at all possible. Thanks!
