Microwave will not operate except for fan and light
Model Number: khms185055s1 Brand: Kitchen Aid Age: Less than 1 year
My khms18505ss kitchen aid microwave will turn on but will not start microwaving, only fan and light work. we cannot enter anything in key pad it only beeps when we try We have to unplug unit to turn off fan and light, turntable will not go around either. can you tell me how to fix this what parts do i need. possibly door latch assemblys?
