Micorwave won't heat/turntable turns when door opens
Model Number: JES1290ML01 Brand: GE Age: 1 - 5 years
I have a GE microwave/convection oven. Recently the turntable has started to turn as soon as I open the door and the inside light is just a little bit dimmer than it was before this started happening. It was like this for about a week and now all of a sudden, it is not heating when I turn the microwave on. I have had the microwave for about a year and my husband bought it used. I have 4 kids and I use it all the time so any advice would be greatly appreciated.

Still need help
Just in case it helps, the convection oven is not working either. The turntable turns and the light comes on when the door is open, but stops when I close the door. The light is dimmer than it was before the problem began when the door is open. Nothing heats at all anymore.
