I need some assistance as to my issue with this over the range microwave oven. I was boiling soup on the stove and had the exhaust fan going on this unit. Sometime later the fan was making a harsher sound and when i tried to turn it off it would not, also the lights under the unit did not want to turn off, but all they did is dim, the when the lights button was pressed it would go back to full light strenght. I was wondering if the steam from the soup woul cause this, can anyone help me as to what the problem could be, I also tried it the next day and same result. All the buttons on the control panel dont work good, and the unit is makin a buzzing sound when the microwave was turned on and an error message also appreared for a second the everything was flashing and so on.Thanks
