Model Number: mmv4205aaw Brand: Maytag Age: 1 - 5 years
While using the microwave, it powered down/"blinked" (like when circuits switch) and the fan stopped working during this, while the food was in the microwave. Since this, I noticed the fan would work at varying times, depending if what was in the microwave was frozen, cold or room temp (fan started soonest w/frozen food, latest w/room temp).
I'm wondering if this is a microprocessor problem, blower motor/fan problem or a control panel problem (something else?) and is it worth fixing? Ads By Google Related Models Last edited by vikingwings : 04-26-2009 at 02:26 PM. Reason: wanted to ensure it's known fan stopped during usage |
