Replaced cabinet light bulb while putting back into hole in cabinet one of the leads must of touched the cabinet, light turned on and all other controls went out. Control panel is now blank (like turned off) both fuses are ok. Have 120 into unit, thru unit into control panel. How do I determine if circuit board is bad, before spending $225 for replacement.
