Model Number: GNSH45E01 Brand: GE Age: 5 - 10 years
I have the GE Smartwater Softening System. The unit seems to 'cycle' but doesn't use the salt that is in the reserve. It can be left there for months and never goes down. I've removed the salt and added water to clean it, empty it and refill with salt. Even was set to the highest setting and nothing. Any idea what might be wrong or what might be clogged?
