Default GE JVM1860 PCB Buzzing Relay?
Model Number: JVM1860   Brand: GE   Age: 5 - 10 years

We started getting a "buzz" from the GE JVM1860 Microwave last night. The noise seems to come from the "o-lamp" relay on the WB27X10438 printed circuit board. That is the 4th from the bottom end of the line of 5 relays. It seems to be labeled "FT F3AA024E"

Does anyone know if that relay might be individually replaceable? Or anyone that might be able to do it?

Thanks, Ron

Gene has much to be proud of
Default

Any part on any PCB could be replaced.
The problem is: no one manufacturer is going to sell it separate. Very seldom you can match it up in an electronic parts store.

Gene.
