Can you be more specific on the problem? What is the complete model number of the microwave?

I would suspect the control board. For more accurate advice we need the complete model number of the microwave.

Hi, I've been facing a similar issue with a Thermador Microwave. When you tell it to cook, it will for a moment before switching to "cooling mode."

The microwave's model number is 16-11-157.

Thanks!

This is not a valid Thermador model number. Verify and repost it.

Hmm, it notified it as the model number, but if that's not the case, perhaps it's one of the following numbers:

Type: S333
F00074U60AL

FCC ID: ACLAP4u01
Serial #: 6HN2140243

Thanks!

If this is an oven/microwave combo then the model number most likely is on the oven door frame.

Was a solution for this problem ever determined?

I have the same Microwave and model number and would like to know if there is any way to fix it.

I looked on the inside of the door frame and the model number listed is definately #15-11-157
